Ernisha is a Haitian-American native to Miami, Florida. She is a Visual Artist with a psychology and Early Childhood education background. Ernisha believes empowering and supporting the youth is a major component to heal, evolve, and have solidarity within and between communities of color. Throughout her career she has been supporting the youth while attaining different roles from MDCPS Secretary for a performing art school fostering talents, Child Development Specialist advocating for mental health, and being a non-profit  Family Coordinator providing aid for homeless families in need throughout communities in Miami. Today, Ernisha hopes to be of service to expanding cultural awareness, championing the youth, and providing resources that support community building and personal development.
